Hi all,

I recently purchased some new VLAND headlights for my 2013 Polo Mk5 BlueGT.

I’ve been trying to wire everything up but my old headlights only used the one plug whereas the new headlights have 3 separate plugs. When they’re not all wired up the indicators don’t work and the DRL’s are constantly on.

Does anyone know if I can buy a new plug to fit or should I send it back?

I’ve included an image if anyone can help.

what happens if you connect it without the loom inbetween?

I hadn't even thought of that.. The seller was persistent I'd need the adapter on.

I don’t think that will work as these connectors fit my car but they don’t fit each other when I attempt to plug them into themselves.

Your cars original headlight connectors should fit directly on the headlight

Just tried that now and they fit right on thank you
Also, is the ballast for the HID’s allowed to get hot? I only had space next to my battery so I’m worried it might overheat and my right headlight tends to flash a few times and doesn’t stay on.
