Gear indicator (P) starts blinking on cold start

I have a polo 1.2 ,180 tsi 2018 year model and have about 37.000 miles or 61.000km in it.
Whenever i start the engine on cold temperature, the gear indicator at (P) starts blinking ,then when i move the gear to reverse for example, it stops then i move again to (P) it doesn't blink again.
So it blinks only at cold start. At warm temperature it does not blink, only the (P) blink.
So far, didnt feel any difference on trans at all, feels smooth & fine. It just annoys me everytime i start mt engine at cold temp.
Anyone know this sort of issue ? What is the meaning of blinking gear indicator on vw ?
