On iichels request, I have decided to document my build in a more detailed manner.

So... an overview

I have a 2010 Seat Ibiza 6J, which was originally a 2.0TDI CFHD, front wheel drive, overall great car.

I decided to all wheel drive convert the car in August 2020, taking me 9 months to complete. I will overview some of that later.

Engine and Powertrain

• 2.0TSI EA113 CDLC on CDLJ engine management (from polo WRC Street) (swap in progress but is running)
  Enhanced Turbo Hybrid Anti Surge K04 core
  Cleaned and tested K04 injectors
  (079130757) - RS4 Fuel pressure return valve
  5mm fuel return mod (on HPFP)
  (06F145710G) - Rev G diverter valve

  Sachs race single mass flywheel and SRE organic clutch

I think thats it for now, took a while to remember all the things done on a 5 year build. as I add and change things I will continue to build up this list!

Hey I have some questions for you (nice car).

I also drive a Seat ibiza 6j from 2011 and I saw that you dont have the stock side mirrrors, I wanna know what those sidemirrors are.
Do you also have automatic sidemirrors or do you need to move those mirrors on both sides. (I need to move those on both sides).

I really wanna upgrade those mirrors but I dont know if i can make those mirros electric

Good question and thanks for the kind words

They are MK3 Leon 5F mirrors, but it's essentially the next generation seat mirror, they were fitted to lots of cars (Leon, KJ Ibiza, ateca, Arona)

They are powerfold and heated and electric adjustable
And the indicators work

I had to modify the loom of the door to make them work
I also had to weld the doors to fit the mirrors as they are a different shape base to the original Ibiza doors

Because I have a T6 90C BCM im able to powerfold the mirrors on the lock button on the key also

Thanks for the info, before you changed the mirror where your mirrors already powered with a switch? or were your mirros manual?

Did you also mod the inside of the care so yes do you have some pics?

My mirrors have always been powerfold which did make it easier
