Good question.

I ignore them, to avoid serious depressions.

Anyone have a decent solution? Is respraying the only 'real' option?

Not sure about yous 2, but in the UK there are a couple of companies that will come and sort it out for you. Doesn't cost too much (normally, unless your cars covered in them) and only takes a couple of hours. I know this is a cheaters way out it but its cheaper than a full re-spray!!!

Ingore 'em, yeah I can do that - but it's painful to see a chip on a car that's only 2 weeks old...and the best part is, it happend today when I just went to town to pick-up something - but this w/end past I drove 760miles...on the high way at high speed...did anything happen...no! UNFAIR!

Solutions anyone :?:

Keep the bonnet waxed for maximum protection, I give it a good going over each time I wash the car, you could always source a front apron for the bonnet.

VW do touch-up pens (about the size of a lipstick tube) which cost about £4.00 and include a bottle of Laquer. Thats what I'm gonna use when I find the time to get one ordered.
