Re: Electric window only goes down three quarters of the way
Mine did this. Removed door card and then lowered the window and away she went. Put the door card on whilst the window was still down and should be good to go. Very strange indeed! Re: Unknown Fault Codes
I did purchase a new MAP sensor direct from VW and got it for just under £50, which i didn't think was to bad, its also a modified part as it has a slightly different part number and looks a bit different as well. I did not take the adaptor plate off mainly because i dont think my car has one, it al...

Re: Unknown Fault Codes
Right I have today i think got to the bottom of the issues and the car now seems to be running well (touchwood) I removed the throttle body completely to find, that half of it was clean and the other half was absolutely caked in black coke. Re: Unknown Fault Codes
Thanks for your reply, do you think 01314 means that the ECU is knackered? Also where is the MAP sensor on these?

Unknown Fault Codes
Hi guys im wondering if anyone can shed any light on the DTC's below. I have managed to resolve the two EGR ones by carrying out an adaption, however i can't find any solutions for the error 17961 or 01314. I believe 01314 is as a result of the engine check light coming on and should go when i can c...
