380+ Miles on Revo stage 1 using Shell V-Power
Driving at 60 MPH on cruise control (bored out my mind ), 90% motorway with a 5 mile country lane to work every day
Computer says around 40-42 MPG average per week

Re: HONEYCOMB GRILLES GROUP BUY NO.2 £40 Delivered - Arrived
Had mine in for ages now, never fell out once
I fully cut my drivers side honeycomb centers out for the intake and just a few on the passenger side to allow airflow to the temperature sensor

Re: Knocking
What air filter do you have?
My K&N started knocking against the suspension mount when the engine naturally rocks, fixed its position and now its sweet
Took me weeks of pulling my hair out before I finally realised what it was

Forge 007p dump valve and K&N i57 here
Sounds great, fearce induction "roar" and then can hear the dump valve doing its business because of the open cone

Re: Clunk when in gear then pressing clutch to change
Yeah that sounds very similar mate, also forgot to add that it does the same when you stop accelerating, or when say cruising at 60/70 and turning off cruise control.. clunk
Sounds like the engine mounts if yours seemed to get better by chaning one, are they fairly easy to chance by yourself?
