The rear shock mounting 6R0513353B was superseded in October 2013 with a revised rear shock mounting 6R0513353. I also had knocks and rattles coming from the back so I fitted my Polo with the revised mountings. No more knocks and rattles when driving slowly over small bumps in the road.

BCM Coding
Please note not all Polo 6R GTI's have the same BCM's, my Polo has got a 090 MAX module. Some of the coding may not be accepted on the older BCM's.

I cut and applied the Lamin-X myself.

The only way to keep the instrument cluster lights on will be to dismantle the instrument cluster and make a bridged connection between the two soldering points of the light dependant resistor.

I devised my own fix and used the blades of a sparkplug feeler gauge to make U-shaped shims. I used the shims to fill the gaps between the brake calliper carrier and the top and bottom ends of both the brake pads. The knocking noises were gone for a while, but it did return although not as loud ...

Im trying to activate cornering lights and other mods did you do these you self or do you have to have software to activate these functions
I have a VCDS cable.

Hi Ciclo, do you maybe know how to activate the ABS pump with VCDS to circulate the brake fluid in the ABS reservoir when bleeding the brakes?
