take it its the same engine going bk in? ie 1.4 8v to 1.4 8v? if so its pretty straight forward if your confident enough, id change the timing belt and water pump tho, just to be on the safe side. best way if your doing it in the street is to take the front bumper, radiator and crossmember etc out ...

your on the wrong forum lol this is 6n polos mk4, your talking about a 6n2 mk5 lol, thres plastic caps you get 4 them, but if u wanna make it look neat weld a plate in and smooth off, you got a welder? bodyshops shudnt charge 2 much 4 doing the job and painting

im running a 4 branch manifold, straight through to a scorpion dtm backbox, its loud but a real nice tone to it. Alot of folk ave sed its got a quite unique tone to it lol. only problem is i have 2 put a catalyst back in for mot tho lol. i got mines from venom motorsport around the 200 mark, but ...

yeah, its over fuelling mate, thats why its rough on idle, you got ramps? get the car up and check your catalyst, if thres rattling coming from it then its f****d lol, if not then id say your lambda sensor mate. the lambda sensor reads the exaust gases then decides if the fuelling is right or not ...

the box is fine one minute and bang the next mate lol, the fronts go in ok, the rears r a bit more troublesome but pretty straight forward, easiest option could be polo gti leathers, only problem is that it was an optional when new, so can b pretty hard 2 find

a few questions i need to ask before id b able to try n help, does the exhaust fumes smell funky? Bit like rotten eggs to be honest? and r u running an after market exhaust atall? if so whats the details mate?

depends the engine mate, vr6 casn go in the polos but its quite a bit o work, any engine could go if you want it to lol, 20vt can go in aswell but its all the cost factor

ive got competition speakers all round, 6.5inch willl go straight in the doors, if you want to change the dash speakers you have 2 cut the dash if you want to use original covers, its pretty straight forward tho mate

the 1.4 8valve is bad for the gearbox mate, if you reckon that it aint quite rite, get it checked asap, golf vr6 interior goes in the polos pretty easy mate.
