Hi mate, I drive a 2003 "52" plate Polo 1.2 E. Mine shows a symbol when the doors are open. There is a senson button that pushes in when door is closed and pops out when you open it, check this on the drivers door it may need replacing in order for the light to come on when you open the dr...

Took off each of the alloys today and gave a full clean with a sponge and toothbrush with car shampoo and alloy wheel cleaner mix...... results below!

Hi guys, I've been advised I need to replace the rear arm suspension bushes on the front suspension of my 52 plate 2003 Polo 1.2. It is causing the inners of the tyres to scrub faster than the rest, and as tyres need replacing anyway, I'm looking to get it all done at once. I've seen on here people ...

When my coil pack went on my Polo, the engine block light came on and when AA came to fix it they scanned and cleared the fault light. Maybe just get them to do it (as it's free!!) if you're a member?!

Yeah cheers mate I'd already looked on ebay lol thats why I asked on here....that link you sent me it had broken lugs on the headlight....and yes thats exactly what I was thinking I may well go for projectors if I can save up some money!

Looking for a set of fronts and rear seats from a 9n3 sport model. Seems they are alot better than the 9n sports seats, more hugging, longer base extension etc. PM or reply here please if you have/know of some! Thanks.

I haven't got HIDs, Ive got Halfords Super or Extreme Brlliance.... I'm thinking I'll swap to MTEC Bulbs, I want to go for Cosmos Blue as they'll match up better to the LEDs but they're nor e marked so not road legal. So I'll probs go for MTEC Superwhite....theyre only 4200k but they're road legal s...

Thanks for these answers guys. Mike, I tested the flat-surface trick out the other day and didn't seem to get any lateral movement at all when facing the wheel and pushing at it...i.e. for side on. Not sure if it will be the console bushes or not but have heard before that the Cupra ones are the one...
