I'm all the way down in New Zealand.
And yes, I do mean a 6N2 Gti. I'm still learning these things.
GTI's aren't rare, but I haven't seen a 3 door or one with leather. And almost all of them are silver, followed closely by red with the odd black one.
I think that I at least knew the reason for ...

Leather would be a good option, but 6N's aren't very common down here and I haven't seen one with leather yet. I haven't seen a 3 door yet either. Though there are plenty of 6N non-GTI 3 doors and a few 9N GTI 3 doors and 9Ns with leather.
But who would've thought a big number "1" on every seat ...

Can anyone shed any light on what (if any) the significance of the "1" on the seats in the Polo GTI is?
