I used Butyl and they never fogt/steamed up.
I heated the housing, the glas and the Butyl prior to assembly.

Looks good in completly black.
Show some pics on the Polo once they are finished, please.

I'm selling my POLO 9N3 GTI.
Reason for selling my beloved car is because I will be moving to Germany in the near future.

2008 (57 reg) - Build in 12/2008 - Registered in 02/2009.

3 Doors, Manual, Hatchback, Petrol, 13,900 miles , 150 hp, 5 Speed, Black ...

Well, it was a hell of a lot of work, if one would like to compensate me for the materials and work, I would charge about 400 Pound.
Who is ready to pay that much for a set of headlights ?
