Re: VW Original Parts - Lowering Springs Kit

Anyone got an update on this? Because these are Volkswagen parts (although not uk parts) I don't have to tell my insurance?

Can a vw dealer not source the parts?

Not on the uk system I checked today.

Would you have to tell the insurance about these?

Re: Fog Lights

I've come to fit them and have no idea how to get re blank grill sections off, I'm not removing the bumper that's for sure and you can't get behind the bumper because it's all boxes in. Has anyone removed the grill plates and do you have any tips otherwise I think I'm going to have to cut them out. ...

Re: Badge Removal

All them tips worked well, and that spray is called Sticky Stuff which worked a treat on the residue.

For future reference.... if like me you can't get a hair drier to the back of the car, use quite warm (NOT BOILING) water and that helps quite a lot.

Re: Center armrest retro fit ?

I'd be interested in this, I would really like to fit a genuine VW armrest if I could find 1.

They look like they are a replacement for the rear cup holder
