Try your lower wishbone ball joints. Jack the car up with the wheel clear off the ground. Hit the tyre on the inside of the wheel see if the noise is there then its your bottom ball joint. £20 and a hours labour. So £70 at a dealer dependant on the rates or fix it your self.

lamber sensors? Controlling the injection to the cylinders through the ECU to make the car run right. If the lamber sensors are covered in carbon/sut then they wont be working as well as they should be. You can try take them out and wire brush them up.
