Re: Red 1.6tdi, low and getting there

Going up is not an option for me, I really want it lower if I'm honest. Think it might just be a case of bite the bullet and take them out...........or drive slower...... :P On the off chance, does anyone know of a 6r gti grill for sale, or how much they are from the stealers? Ebay ones are like 70...

Re: 17 denver or detriot alloys!

Here in SA those rims are so common ppl are swopping them almost daily... I know and the annoying thing is they are really cheap but once you add on shipping and import duty/tax what ever its called it costs a small fortune!!! :( I never thought it would be sooo hard to get a used set of 6R p...

Re: Anybody got a 1.6 TDI?

Here in good ol SA - the TSI polo's are very very very rare, whereas the 1.6tdi is rather con  my bud has a 1.6 with a mild phase one tune and it goes like the clappers - he did admit though that he does give it a good bootful one a week as to not aggitate the DPF but he is laughing all the way...

Re: Calvin's R Line; eibach spring kit :)

Yeah what i love about them is that they give tha car a "functional" drop - we don't have the best roads in SA so a slammed car would be pointless albeit beautful. Everytime my buddie tries to convinve to go H&R rroute and i must say it doesn look nice with H& R springs but t...

Re: splitter help

I agree with you heck even the lower front part of the bumper has similar contours of the splitter

But length wise and the angle of the bumper vs. splitter mite be a problem then again you can just heat it up and flex accordingly... anybody willing to test

Re: Putting your fogs back in...

Sometimes it is not the fog light iself that is messed up but the clips that holds the black surround cover... and that make you think that the fog is pushing the cover off.
