Hi guys been a while, slow progress but progress it is. Ive ditched the Alfa Seats Idea and now have a set of Mk4 GTi Recaros. Got the 1.8T loom in the engine bay and all good, will be wiring splicing it in tomorrow. Ive also just cut the engine mounts from a Mk3 subframe and will be welding them ...

Got myself a JBS04 now and will be running this with a VR6 fuel pump, bigger injectors and possibly bigger maf, not sure ill need that yet. i have the engine on the stand and was nearly going to take the head off and that would tempt me to go forgies but no must stop there.
