Does anyone know the tyre sizes for the Polo GTI, with the standatd 16" monzas

What are the Best coilovers for the GTI, in a sort of money to value for money ratio?

ive been looking at eibach's and H7R coilovers for like £700, but are they worth it? or are budget coilovers the way to go? or even lowering springs?
