Re: PJ's Polo
Indeed, I have the 1.4 16v 100bhp version and it is certainly packs a punch especially as it's just as fast as a lot of 1.6's such as Ford Focus's and Vauxhall Astra's.macp wrote:If you can find a 1.4 16v you will be impressed. It definitely thinks its something bigger.

Re: 100bhp Polo - My First Car
Last month I had a problem with my ABS. The light would come on intermittently so I scanned it with VCDS Light and it came up with the following. 1 Fault Found: 01276 - ABS Hydraulic Pump (V64) 16-10 - Signal Outside Specifications - Intermittent I ignored it for roughly a week until it started to c...

I'm thinking about getting a key made as the previous owner lost the spare key. I'm thinking of buying a blank one from Ebay for £7 including a blank transponder. I will get it cut at a local locksmith and then take it to VW for them to program the chip. Anyone got any ideas how much it will cost fo...

I've got a 1.4 16v and mine is quite noisy but seems to be running fine. I've heard this is normal and like Alex said it can get louder with age.
