management light on...
have had the management light come on a couple times in the last week and have read code each time and getting p0101 mass air flow meter.after some checking the car doesnt have a maf so any ideas what it means ???

have decided to buy a new set complete and sell this 6n set.can get about £100ish for my original set as only 6 months old and in great condition so wont cost much to get new set.

i picked up a gti for the mrs not long ago and has had coilies fitted by the previous owner.i have had knocking from the front and on looking i have found that the coilies were the 6n set not 6n2 so the front springs dont fit properly and are being held in place by using a big jubilee clip as a ...

6n2 coilover springs
having got the mrs a 6n2 gti i found that the coilies fitted are for a 6n and the front springs dont sit properly and are being held in place by a big ass jubilee clip.i am after the front coilover springs for a 6n2 where the top of the spring widens to sit on the different top mounts.have been told ...

Its in for all that anyway this weekend at my local protyre as lowered the coilies slightly.used them for few years now to set up my track cars and spot on.

Turns out that the sided ball joints were fitted the wrong sides...was done by vw dealer as well !

car running 185 60 14 on standard vw alloys with 38et so should be fine but just hits on full lock and wheels sit back in arch.

185 60 14s on standard vw alloys with 38et so shouldnt rub at all but for some reason the wishbones sit back in the arches
