Re: Extras or retrofit?

Great thank you for all the help! I'll remove the RNS 510 extra and save some cash.

Re: Part Numbers and Specifications

Thanks Martin for the video.

I have done research on the engine and it's amazing Cylinder on Demand tech but i would like to know more about the ancillaries that attach to it compared with other polo's or golfs etc. Would be good to know what other cars share stuff with this vehicle. For servicing ...

Re: Part Numbers and Specifications

Ok I see. So the ACT 1.4 is completely different engine. I was told by the dealer both we're twin charged?!

Anyway I would still be keen to know more details of the engine and specs on the turbo, injectors, inter cooler etc. what does it share with other models and what's unique to the 140ps ACT ...

Extras or retrofit?

I had a quick look and couldn't find much..apologies if it's already out there.

My question is, do we have a list of extras for the 6r that can be added after which saves money on adding them at the factory?
I don't mind retrofitting few things like bixenon headlights or satnav etc but does it work ...

1.4tsi 140ps

The 1.4 ACT is definitely the way to go but in the polo I have to add lots of extras to update the interior. It brings the polo out at £20k.
I am thinking I am better off going for the GolfGT and paying a little more for a hell of a lot more and a newer model. What do people think?

Part Numbers and Specifications

I have been trawling through google and forums looking for parts lists and specs on the 6r polos.
Main reason is to see the difference between the 1.4tsi in the GTI and the BlueGT. Both are twin charged and I'm guessing the turbo is bigger on the GTI? Or is it just the mapping? Where can I find the ...

Re: Going for test drive tomorrow. R Line

Had the test drives and...

Fiesta 1.0ecoboost 125ps. This was a good engine which did not feel like a small turbo engine car! Impressed with the engine but everything else was boring. The looks are awful inside and out. Lots of gadgets like keyless entry etc etc. I am not going with the ford as the ...

Hello all,

Been reading through the new new new polo posts recently as I am keen on getting a new polo.
I went into vw last week and they told me prices etc and like what I'm hearing. 1.2tsi petrol 103bhp I think?
I booked in a test drive in an R Line polo so want to know your thoughts on the GTI ...
