Re: New user, new Polo GTi
Welcome to the forum... The ride height is quite high at first. I've found from my last two Polo (MY 2011 & 2014) that they do settle by a couple of MM... If you're after no arch gap at all then your best bet will be lowering springs. Also check that the delivery suspension chucks have been remo...

Re: RNS315 with bluetooth kit.
Did you try to remove the little tpk screen it clips into the small swivel stand, since in theory it would turn it off. then if it did work you could just hide it behind the radio It won't work like that because the RNS315 defaults to its own bluetooth controller as standard. The only way to get it...

Attention of all 1.4 TDI owners
It's been a while since I posted on here, primarily due to me turning to the darkside and ordering a Golf GTD DSG  My Polo prompted for another Service as I've done 9.5K since July. When I got booked in, the Service Dept advised there was a recall out for an ECU update and a replacement Oil sea...

Re: New gti rear parking sensors
Congrats on your new GTI... Just so you know they do install cheap sensors which probably cost them £20 on eBay when you chose to retrofit them. My 2014 6C SEL came with front and rear parking sensors from the factory (known as Park Distance Control as it has the display on the stereo). My sister ha...

Re: Strange breakdown
Hi, luckily I haven't had the same issue, however my 6C 1.4 TDI was in a couple of weeks a go for a recall on the brake servo. They advised they was contacting all users so maybe worth a call?

Re: Radio stuck on Welcome screen
There is definitely a software update for this as I was having this issue but it seemed to have seized once VW had updated it. Confirmed by checking the software version before and after I took it in. To resolve this issue however press and hold the power button on the headunit until the display tur...
