absolutely awesome project.

can you help me out with a couple things though.
Firstly where did you get the black interior trim parts off the gti. Ive been wanting them for a while but cant find them
Also how did you remove the handbrake cover, I want to change mine too, but dont know how to ...

The new interior is allmost done.

Got the oem black alcantara puller out of the rearseats, and brown with cross stitching instead, the leather of the center in the front seats also switched.. All the black stitching in the rear switched to brown, the red stitching in the fronts pulled out and new ...

Connect power/ground, and can-h/l from steering column.

Then there is just a extra cable going out to the sensors in front. And then the ground wire for the on/off button + grey wire is for illumination you can steal that from the switch next to it.

Gonna redo the whole interior now.. Just picked up a set of audi a1 quattro front bucket seats.. But they have red stitching so that will be changed and i want alcantara in the middle aswell instead of full leather

Did the test fitting today its a direct fit, even the airbag connectors are the same ...

When i install rcd510 or rns510 with dab radio, i use the antenna from a vw multivan, along with a extension cable also from vw..

Parts are about 100£.

I place the antenna on top of the glovebox.

So i can get DAB antenna and extension from vw and put that on ...
