I just lost trust in the guy. and beside he took some chip out of my ECU and comfort module.
just don't want anything in my car incomplete or far from original. but I will definitely check with dealer tomorrow for the cost.

I have vw polo 1.6 16v gti, MKV, year 2000.

I am looking to buy seconds set of ECU, Comfort Module, O - Ring and Key with a chip.

There are lots of ecu sets but with suffix A, B, C and D (03D 906 032 D is what I have in my car). what is the meaning of last letter??

You are right. Car started. that was the problem.. but my engine management light is not showing up. when I turn my ignition to on. something wrong with the ecu - I just bought from ebay guy. and he is not returning it (its in his ebay policy). probably I need to look for another set. Thanks a lot....

Auto dimming mirror is working fine. but rain sensor is not working? when I flick the stalk down it works for the first time. but, the rain or no rain dosent work...

earlier I was only using key to unlock and lock the car.

yes, if use key car unlocks an locks fine.
with the fob locks fine only unlocking has a problem.

Thank you... I bought used pump from scrappy and changed it still door unlocking not working properly. also noticed when clicking unlock button lights are flashing but pump is not making any sound (means not even starting / trying to unlock)...
any more ideas?

I have vw polo 1.6 16v gti, MKV, year 2000. I recently got my key fob configured to unlock and lock the car. But for some reason when I try to un-lock my car. I have to press multiples times. on an average 5 to 7 times. Every time I click unlock my cars indicator flash but doesn't unlock. Any Ideas?
