Take a look at cars-equipment.com or at local VW-dealership.

Search for part number: 6Q0 953 503 CE + 6Q0 095 653 is the stalk set switches plus wiring etc.

Battery relocation / smaller Battery TDI

Hello everyone, I was wondering if anybody had some ideas on how to go about a Battery relocation on the 6R 1.6 TDI I want to do this or fit a smaller battery to make some room in the engine bay so i can fit my oil-catch and a different intake. I do realize a relocation is probably too much work but...

Could anyone help me with part number for ( i need the last letter code):

Intake air duct: 6R0 129 618 ??
Air deflector: 6R0 129 621 ??

And also info if this air duct will fit other Polo models.

I got it from XTmotorsports in the netherlands! But i'm pretty sure other stores sell it.

It is sold as being for the gti but fits all polo 6R.

Minor modifications to firewall is needed to make it fit!

Ciclo, could you pherhaps provide me with the part number for the GTI air defflector and intake tube (grill to airbox) all I really need is the subfix lettercode as it should be 6R0 917 621 ?? And 6R0 917 618 ??

I want to add currently my car already has the same HP as the GT TDI if that was the one mentioned before? Over here we got three maps on the 1.6 for the polo 75,90 and 105. And of course the smaller three pots...

As far as the bent rods go I refer to post made on tdiclub forum, again I said simple tuning box. I've seen the newer more sophisticated tuning boxes and I agree those are a safer option. Thanks guys! Some serious input! As for resale value.... Please read my posts again. Car will not leave my ownership!! On the whole you should've bought a petrol version, it is gonna be a money pit.. The price difference alone between my car and a GTI or a BGT will buy me all before mentioned parts ...
