actually getting it to fit i reckon would be the biggest problem.

oh.....and that's besides all that weight on the front axle that's gonna make it virtually impossible to drive

6n2 engine conversion

Thinking of an engine conversion for my 6n2. Not aiming for the PoloGTI engine cos it's pretty much impossible to tune. Now 1,8T's i've heard are really tough to fit. So I wonder if anybody knows whether any of the 1,8 16v's fit like from a golf mk2 gti (for instance a PL engine)? What i'm really ...

here in greece the 1,8T conversion on a golf (cos it's REEEEEEAAALLY hard to make it fit on a 6n2. 9n fits easily) costs around 6k euro. and a gti transplant on a 6n2 costs around half that.

yep. just pull on the centre knob that controls the fan speed and the bulb is underneath. they were actually asking for 10euros to change the bulb at VW here in Greece.

had the same question for ages. even tried fitting a cd there in case it was for that :-) then i read that i was actually for coins. pretty tasteless if you ask me. basically i think they just wanted to put something there that comes off easily for easy access to the torx screws underneath. i just ...
