It's more effective for performance to build a sort of ram-air system on your original filterbox, my suggestin is use the grill, then a straight connection unto your airbox, using the samen diametre as the connection on your air box. here one i did early :D there is a little bit of difference, pick...

the immobilizer on polos will allow the egine to start and run but only for a few seconds, what you need to do is have you key re-matched with your new ecu if you have vag-com it is possible with this but you need the 4 or 7 digit skc (serect key code) obtain from the main stealer, failing that take...

it doesnt come on cus theres no bulb in place for it and if u were to put it a bulb in it dont show very well cus it blanked off. what i did was to do it get a set of clocks from a seat which has fuel warning light (diesel ibiza i think cant remember now) and remove the warning light strip & fit...

i had this happen to me a few times not really sure want causes it or how to stop it. mine tends to happen when the car is at its highest temperture i.e. sitting in traffic

arent 16v's same as 8v's only big bore cus im sure somebody once put 16v on to 8v just needed a reduce/convert piece

fairly easy job replace rear shocks, spring would need to be removed to put on new shock but that aint to hard either..

try gsf rear shocks £11.25each + vat :D

and should only take 1/2 hour to hour to do the job

the time to change depends on who you ask most people tend to change them around the 60-70 mark depending.

im fitting a 1.4 mpi (aex) converted to spi to my mk4 1.0 spi (aev), the thing is do i use the aev ecu or get a similar ecu from a mk3 golf 1.4 spi (abd) :oops:

remove the disc and there should be a couple turns of the thread showing, pair of mole grips or something similar and twist anti clock wise...

too make left easier spray the thread with some wd-40 :wink:
