an idea of where the headlights mounting points would be of some help. How about a picture of how the front section goes together? I know I have seen one somewhere

The previous owner of my car decided to ram, more like bump, a bus at one point *DOUGH*

The repair work was done by VW on the front region and the bumper was replaced. There seems to be no visual damage to the engine bay.

As a result the car has always had a twisted front headlight. On ...

My car was picked up and towed away to be repaired yesterday and I have received it back today. So far they have fixed the clutch cable and the steering wheel alignment.

I am taking the car in next Wednesday to have the dent removed from the doorsill.

The dealership have said that they will do ...

Thought I would update this post with my current situation. Took my car on it's first extended journey on sunday (04/10) and found on returning home that I was having trouble locating gears. Scary concidering I was overtaking slower traffic at the time. I also found that the car was moving to the ...

Took it back into the dealership and they said that at no point during the M.O.T, service or Pedal-Box Replacement was the car lifted by any means.

b*******s if you ask me!

He wanted to charge me £100 to get the dent on the sill seen too.

I can't be arsed to p*** about with this so I arranged to ...

VW Main Dealers F**king Suck

Took my car in for a service and have the pedal box recall done and they put a massive dent in my doorsill by the jack point!

Still waiting to hear if they are going to take responsibility for it or make up some bull s**t excuse.

It's always someone else who damages your car never yourself. Well ...

Fire Extinguisher & Rubber Band Thingy!

Just picked up my POLO GTi and am wondering where the fire extinguisher attaches? I have this strange rubber band with two metal clips, which just seems to go nowhere.

Can anyone enlighten me?

Specification Check Plz

Just been and looked at a POLO GTi yesterday and wanted to confirm a few specs for a 2000 X reg. The car had red seat belts, red lead covers and the questionably stylish 1 on the seats.

1. Do the POLO GTi's come with standard rubber pedals or should these have been alloy?

2. Did a 2000 X come with ...
