I'm sorry if this post has been up before (I can't find it!). Does anyone have any idea of how to get the black sidestrips off a mk4 polo? Is it a professional job? Is it stuck on like the badges are on the tailgate? Or will i need a good hair dryer to get them off?

Hello ppl, I have an MK4 1.4. 8v and i am after some new HT leads, but i don't really want to replace the old ones with the same make. Is there any HT leads that are decent for around £30? Also where could i get them from?
