Re: EPC Light / Engine Management Light
You really need to get the fault code read to have an idea of the problem. Its speculation as to what it could be but might be EGR valve, or emissions related. Yeah true, had the fault code and engine look at, turns out it was the turbo actuator. I'm out of warranty, however with only 14k miles on ...

EPC Light / Engine Management Light
Originally the EPC Light was showing and car went into effectively limp mode. Light went off after I restarted the car, then same happened again, although this time the engine management came on alongside the EPC Light.
This is on a Polo Blue GT, any ideas what the issue could be?

Re: Modification and Insurance
I used to be an inveterate and sometimes extreme car modifier, I have been insured with LV and Frizzels, a company taken over by LV since 1963, okay I'm an old git. A long time ago but I could not find any insurer who would insure modified cars until I passed 25, it was also difficult to insure any...

Modification and Insurance
Hello all, I am insured with Direct Line, and recently enquired on my policy into adding a remap to my Polo Blue GT. I'm 22 years old, and allegedly need to be 25 in order to be insured on my Blue GT with a remap, so Direct Line completely refused to add it to my policy for any fee. I'm already payi...

Oil Change
So at the start of January, I noticed that whenever I started my car a light came up on the dash saying "oil Change: 30 days" Does this mean I just need to top up my oil levels, or that I need to take it into VW for a service? Car is a 64 plate BlueGT with about 5k miles on the clock. I'm ...

Re: Polo BlueGT 6C Rear Bumper
Do any of you know where I would be able to purchase a new rear bumper? I've been looking around online but can seem to find any OEM for the BlueGT.
Also does the BlueGT share the same rear bumper with the GTI AND the R-Line?
Thanks!

Polo BlueGT 6C Rear Bumper
After less than a week of owning my 64 plate, BlueGT, I accidentally reversed it into a van. I now have a pretty large dent, with two cracks in the rear bumper.
Does anyone have an idea how much this would cost to get fixed?
Thanks!

So after less than a week of owning my 64 plate, Polo BlueGT 6C, I managed to accidentally reverse into another vehicle. I've created a pretty large dint, and two cracks in the rear bumper. Does anyone have an idea how much this is going to cost to fix?
Thanks!
