Apologies for being a newb, I wondered if there is a way of retro fitting the LED headlights from a GTI+ to a GTI or if the aftermarket ones were any good? If we buy one it will get used on dark country roads a lot and my wife prefers the vision of the headlights on my Golf R which has ...

Grrrrr!
Picked up the car lastnight
Squeak has turned into a CREAK and is louder and worse than ever before. Now it creaks when you trun the engine over to start it up.
ABSOLUTE EFFing joke!
It now has to go back in AGAIN. Time number 5

Tuesday
My girlfriends car is booked in next Tuesday to have the squeak sorted.
Apparently they may even change the wishbones aswell.
VW UK told me "They should be fitted with modified front stub axle bushes".
I'll get under the car before it goes in and mark some bits to see what gets changed

VW UK
I spoke to VW UK today and they informed me that ALL service managers have been issued with a memo regarding the new bushes.
I was fobbed off at first by the girl on reception but if you speak to the service manager you will get an answer.

53 plate polo 1.2
Hi guys
My girl friend has a 1.2 65bhp polo on a 53 plate.
WIthin the first month of having it I wasnt happy with the squeaky suspension so I said she should take it back in.
They ended up stripping and rebuilding the rear brakes, GOD KNOWS WHY! I wasnt happy but we had been messed about so much ...
