Forgot to say it has had a new battery aswell. Cant understand it most of the time it starts on the button first click then it happens but bumps straight away looks like it will be trial and era replacing thing till its sorted

Here goes right i have a h reg 1043cc polo coupe that will start fine for a few days then nothing! It will turn over but not fire up? Few week back this started with a miss fire aswell so i replaced the dizzy cap and arm which has cured the miss fire but not the starting problem. The car will bump ...

so do i cut the vw one off then replace with cosworth one the vw one looks like it ispart ov the boot floor ie part ov the car vw said you cant buy this part am i on right lines there

right the exhaust hanger at the is week not through rust but somone fiting exhaust wrong so every few week the thing is fallin off can this part be replaced loacal steallers not very helpfull so dose anybody know? i am on about the bit that comes out of the boot floor thanks for looking lee

no its a 4 speed all the other light flash for a couple a seconds and then go out except the oil one. think i got the polo bug now sell ing the vr an gettin a g40 if i can sell it spen a bit on it this year so it stands me at a lot if all goeswell should have about 2000 to spent on cosmetics and ...

to tell the truth havent had much timeto look under bonnet has it ot carbs or injection on this car oops posted this before i seen the above post.one more thing when i turn key the lights flash then stop bar the oil light it has enough oil in what els causes this? thanks for advice given so far :lol:

cheers mate seen some were on here about people saying the car runs better with warm air so would induction no make it lose power cheers for ideas tho thanks lee

hi all just joined to day so thought i would say hi. i have bought a 91 h polo coupe 1lt jusy wondering is thereany engine mods that can get a couple of gg's out of it. i also have mk3 vr6 that i had for over a year that pushing 211bhp an 201 ftlb been a member of vr6 club for a while www.vr6oc.com ...
