Ah rite, it must have come off the car jack assembly at some point. Oh it's called a spare wheel by the way :-)

Cheers

Anyone know where this part has come from!

It's been sitting in my room for so long that I can't remember where I took it out from lol!
Any suggestions.

Juddering from wheels

I have just replaced both the rear wheel bearings on my polo as there has been some play in them for quite a while. Only more recentley did this become increasingly noticeable juddering up and down at 15mph ish and also side to side around corners.
Having replaced the bearings there is no longer any ...

Brilliant thanks pedro. It was as you described next to the brush contact for the horn, there was a screw which had vibrated its way almost all the way out causing it to contact very easily to chasis and BEEP!

Horn goes off when I turn the steering wheel!

This has gotta be the most annoying/embarassing problem ever. Going around roundabouts etc with the horn going full chat!
Anywho I have now located the fuse for it so can at least drive the car for now. Does anyone know where the dodgy connection could be. I didn't want to remove the airbag yet to ...

I've just had another look. Do I have to remove the solid thing which the rear chairs clip back onto. They're up the top corner nearest the boot.
Also, so you're saying that the panels will be held in place nicely without any of the clips?

Hi, thank very much. That makes total sense after having a look in the car. I'm concerned about these clips that will inevitably break. Will I need to buy new ones every time I want to take the panel off to access the amp or is there a work around - a few sticky pads or something maybe!

Removing rear trim in a 3door

Does anybody know how to remove the rear trim (side panels) of a 3 door 6N polo. I was thinking of mounting an amp in there. Is there enough space behind there?
