It's just a little non return valve, it won't cause any issues for driving. Other than it's letting oil mist out of the crankcase. It's a "known problem" on the 1.2Tsi CBZ engines they are just flimsy and not up to the job. I replaced mine 3-4 years back and it's been fine since. I just check it ...
