It's most probably the autochoke which has been pretty much explained above. If the autochoke valve is still functioning correctly then you may have some blocked jets or general s**t in the float chambers or arteries/venturies. I think they are ET35 too. They are definately 5.5j. They are exactley the same size as teh GT steel wheels.

Yeah I they did make a diesel.

The original G40 was a diesel, I think they also did a slightly larger engined version too.

THe diesel driveshafts are a good upgrade on the standard driveshafts for higher powered G40's.
