Pull down menu in infotainment, swipe the screen to the left. Here you can find the messages from the number 2 in the circle. Is your globe icon white or grey? Privacy setting to allow all? I had the same issue, all updates done, globe icon white, live traffic info working but didn't update the maps...

Can't you copy coding from old BCM into this one?

Are you certain that the pins for the rear doors are present in the BCM?
