I have a pair of 6n2 Gti Headlights for sale, one of the ballasts has blown and the lenses could do with a Polish

If it was my car I would scrap off the body kit idea.. I can imagine OEM bumpers direct from VW are big money too! I would do:
Coilovers
Black badges
Led exterior lights
Pressed plates
De badge boot and plug rear wiper
Then maybe induction and decat, think of long term before chucking money at it ...

I'm loving my 6n2 gti but I'm wanting to get on some track days! I haven't seen many people using them on the track? So I'm torn between putting some money into the polo or spending a couple grand on a cheap "track ready car".. Probably a clio 182, forgive me lol.. What's people's ...

Mine isn't completely mint.. got a little scuff on the back bumper and the front bumper needs a respray. Going to try and get them both done once the weathers better

I paid £700 for it about 4/6 months ago.. there are some real bargains out there at the moment for the 6n2 GTI'S. I'm probably going to keep this for years now and just garage it when I get a new car, just got a feeling they will start going up in value soon!

I've just brought a white I one off ebay for a few quid as didn't want to pay the £30 VW fee for a new badge! Gonna try and think of a clean way to change the colour on the I to red

I'm just curious in what the difference is in the GT"I" on the badge as I've seen 3 different colours? I'm guessing spec or is it just what year etc? Cheers

Couple photos of them fitted..

Had the wheels powder coated and they look so much better!! [emoji4]

Next step was to sort the wheels and suspension..

I then had a ballast go on one of my headlights so used this as an excuse to get rid of the black for OEM ones again!
