I have checked the autoscan again and there are no errors in the CECM. Is the CECM capable of detecting faulty DRL LEDs?

I have also checked the fuses; they're fine. The halogen DRL also works fine if I connect it again. I think the 6V I measure in switch mode 1 or 2 must be due to a cold ...

With byte16 set to 0xFF it still doesn't work, but it does flash quickly (once < 50ms or so) when going going from 2->1. Byte 23 does not influence issue.

Looks like something went very wrong with the AFS since that's not on the autoscan.

This is correct, AFS isn't working yet because I haven't got all the parts.
