Ok, i have just developed another problem on my car, the indicators!!

Everytime i flick the indicators on it just stays on and doesn't flash on and off, it is the same for the hazard lights too!!

Any suggestions??

Hi folks,

I have just discoverd a really irritating noise which seems to be limked with the fan on my climate control. If the fan is on as normal there is a kind of tapping noise which seems to be behind the glove area, but if i turn the circulation button on it stops???

Any ideas??

at first i thought the noise was comig from one of my wheels, then i thought it was coming from under the bonnet. Then when driving the car at the time, the noise was more noticable driving in gear, which lead me to think there was something wrong with the gearbox. I took it to a transmission garage...

I had a scrapping noise in my car a while back, it turned out to be the gearbox bearings! If this is the case you need to get it sorted before it kills your gearbox completely mate.

You will struggle my friend! I have 17"s on and lowered about 40mm and it just sits nicely.

Right guys i have my wheels ready for sale, all refurbed with a 2 tone silver and 3 almost brand new tyres and 1 whcih will need changing in the near future. Do the GTI split rims fit a mark 4 polo?

If your gearbox appears to be noisy then it will be the bearings. I have just had my bearings changed and the car runs loads smoother!
