hi,
I just rang VW and they advised its 10k for one then 19k for the next then 10k again which wouldnt affect the warranty.
Least its not something I have to do every 12 months. Currently at 6500 miles.

Flexible Service and Warranty
Hi
My Polo is in Warranty, and as I understand needs a service with an approved garage (i.e official dealerships) to keep its warranty.
However my model polo doesn't have fixed servicing, it has the flexible service function built into it so technically the car will tell me when its needed and not ...

Re: 1.0 litre SEL 110ps Massive Problems
I get 45 - 58mpg depending on driving conditions. My commute is long roads (15miles) at 50mph speed limit and if no traffic I hit at least 55mpg. I have never hit 60mpg.
Stop start traffic I get 35-40mpg in rush hour, although if its really bad gridlocked - 27mpg (I should use the stop start ...

Yeah sure, I'm about 6 miles from you and I am free next Sunday.

Re: 1.0 litre SEL 110ps Massive Problems
Hi
I have the same car, nothing to complain about here. The gearbox is smooth and the sounds it does make are satisfying.
I definitely do not need to double clutch to go in reverse. Clutch down, press gearbox down and into reserve in one go.
In regards to your video, should I get one for you too ...

Re: Can I fit LED Headlights from GTI to Beats (Match)?
Sorry to hijack this -
I have a Polo SEL with LED headlights, anyone know if its possible to replace the outer plastic lens but not the light itself?
Or is it fairly easy to repair if I took it somewhere? There are stone chips in the plastic. Just noticed first time after a car wash.
