Re: wierd noise on the way home from work
air con seems fine aswell as the turbo as I don't seem to have lost any power. is the excess turbo being dumped normal or anything to worry about? the car hasnt made a noise like that since it happened, how can I tell if I have a leaky radiator? thanks for the help

wierd noise on the way home from work
Hi all, after a bit of advice. was driving home when I heard what sounded like a lot of compressed releasing. The sound only went on for a few seconds and i pulled over as soon as possible thinking i'd got a flat tire only to find all the tires looked good. the car drove fine the rest of the way bac...

Re: Insurance
you shouldn't have to have the black box, i didnt when i first started, although my first year was £2100 on a 1.1 citroen saxo. I remember getting quotes for a black box and it being even more expensive for some reason which is why i never had one at all. Im with aviva car insurance and they have al...

Re: Advice please
was a couple of things I found concerning before buying my blue gt. 1 was that I could barely find much about it online like reviews from owners not just companies etc. and the fact the most used blue gt's that i saw come up for sale local to me were all fairly low mileage, which is a good thing don...

Re: Slight rev (too about 1k) when releasing clutch and not in gear
Right ok thanks guys you've made me feel more at ease. But it's definitely not revved just from the clutch without being in gear like that before. If it does it again tomorrow I may film it and upload it just to be sure. Thanks for the help

Are you sure? As it's never done it before which is why I thought I'd ask here on the forums. So your car does this too?

Slight rev (too about 1k) when releasing clutch and not in gear
For the first time today I've noticed this and it's never done it before. I have a 63 plate bluegt. I got home parked up and when taking it out of gear and releasing the clutch the car revved a bit and went straight back down to normal idle again. I tried pressing it down and releasing a few times a...
