I have the MK5 clockd in my MK4, they are a tempory measure until I know whether MK4 golf dials will fit, then, if they do, I'm after some golf gti anni clocks!

I'd say that if your car is an early MK4 find and early MK4 doner car, and vica versa if its a late car! Oterwise I'm certain your going to have to swap interior looms as the differ between pre and post 98 cars! I've put a MK5 interior loom in my car so if I can help gimme a shout - my MSN is ...

The electronics are where I am stuck at the moment, I've got a '97 MK4 which has meant I've had to change the interior wiring loom for that of the GTi doner. Just trying to sort the finishing touches on the electrics - i.e. lights etc!
By the e-gas i'm pressuming you mean the electronic throtle? To ...

I paid £39+vat for two new keys and an ignition barrel. That was from VW too. They told me its £20 + vat for the programming.

I'm new on here, don't know if any of you recognise me from another forum, I recognise a few names!

I'm about 3/4 way through fitting a MK5 Gti engine to my MK4, has anybody on here already done this conversion?
