That never occurred to me. Now it makes sense

This is the correct solution to my problem.
The circled 15amp fuse is incorrect and should have been a 20amp fuse.

I checked the red 10amp as per previous comment and it was fine.

I checked the blue circled 15amp and it was blown and when replaced the cigarette lighter socket worked :)

This is the second time my daughters cigarette lighter has stopped working and she needs it for her Sat Nav.
I looked at the manual and the fuse layout is slightly different?
I checked the fuse circled in the image which looked fine, does anyone know if I have checked the correct one?
