For the shampoo, I recommend some of this . The autoglym super resin polish is probably the best polish you can use by hand, as it contains fillers that fill the swirl marks. About three applications of the polish using a Microfibre applicator by hand should be sufficient to mask the swirls. I sugg...

Smoke from behind the steering wheel

Earlier on today on two occasions smoke appeared from behind the steering wheel within the soace of about ten minutes. I didn't exactly see where but its worried me a bit. Anyone have any ideas what it could be? I'm scared that the airbag will go off in my face :shock:

Can anyone suggest the best products to use on a black car for; washing, polishing and waxing. I currently use turtlewax shampoo, AG super resin polish and Caranumba wax. My car has got quite a few swirls on it and being black, once the bright sun touches it they show up like crazy! I cannot seem to...

Yes you twist the horn thing and the whole mirror comes off, although i cracked my windscreen when i did mine! Guy who repaired it just laughed at me when he asked how it happened :oops:

In my opinion the BBS RXII's are the best looking wheel that suit the polo 8)
As for you handelling issues, not sure what to say. Balancing is the only thing would affect it really, could be something silly like different tyre manufacturer.

10mm spacers made all the difference to my BBS's. I don't understand why VW made such a sexylicious wheel so skinny, bunch of muppets :D
