Polo 1.2 ecu problems
Hi, I have an issue with a 2005 VW Polo 1.2 bmd engine, the car runs a bit lumpy when up to temperature, and when put on vag it comes up with an issue with the egr valve? The main issue with this is the the bmd engine does not have one, is there's a way with vag com to tell the car it hasn't got one...

Can you swap a bme head for a azq one ?
Hi, just wanted to know what the differences are between a bme head and a azq one, as I have a damaged bme one and have a azq one in the garage, any help much appreciated

Do you have a picture of where it is at all ? As I’ve just had the head off and re built it and didn’t see one ?
I know some of the 12 valve engines have them, but thought the 6 valves don’t

Polo confusing fault code
Hi, I have a 2005 9n3 polo that runs lumpy once warmed up, i've put vag com on it and it has come up with p1443 (potentiometer for exhaust gas recirculation signal too low) its a 1.2 6v bmd engine, and as far as i know it doesn't have an egr valve so i'm a bit confused. Can anyone shed any light on ...
