Re: 6C Sat Nav
Depends which head unit you have. Some, like mine have all the brains of the unit in the dashboard and can be upgraded with any double DIN headunit. Some have the brains in the glove box. That's not so easy. There is a Kenwood add-on you can get that plugs into the Composition Media device but I dec...

Sounds like it works better than shouting at it so I'll go with it.

Re: Middle seat belt stuck
I can just get the seat back into position but there is no play in the belt to release it and it's tight as....
Tried releasing it with the seat down but allegedly it's locked when the seat is down.

Middle seat belt stuck
Feel that there is going to be an easy fix to this that I just don't know but the middle seat belt is stuck so tight I can't lift the seat back into position. Any suggestions gratefully received. I've tried releasing the belt while the seat is down, no luck, and I've tried turning round three times ...

Re: After Market stereo for Blue GT?
As I don't see an eject button, is there a CD player in the glove box?
Some Composition Media units have their brains I the glove box and what you are looking at may just be a display.

Re: After Market stereo for Blue GT?
If it's that new, it's probably a Composition Media unit. Does it have a CD Player in the glove box? If so, you're a bit stuffed. If you're dash looks like this, you're also going to need a new trim from eBay or a reclamation yard. https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20180715/b6d884ce1371ef82f39048816c...

Re: Newbie question: Anybody recognise this unit?
The dealer tells me that this is a composite media 5 inch.
Is it going to be a straight swap for an RCD330 plus? I don't get my hands on it for another 6 weeks until we move so I'm trying to do this blind.... which may be stupid.

Newbie question: Anybody recognise this unit?
Just bought a 2016 1.2tsi in Spain and this is a picture of the HU. Anyone know which unit it is? AND, am I going to have to buy a new surround or does the face plate come off an rcd330plus to fit this dashboard?

None of your pics appear for me. Lots of little broken image icons. Is this just me?

RCD330 plus or 8" Android headunit
I'm hoping to get some advice on choosing a replacement headunit for VWs standard unit. Most of the discussion I've seen talks about the RCD330 plus but my magpie brain keeps being drawn to the shiny Joying 9" Android Oreo headunit. https://www.joyingauto.com/eu-warehouse-9-volkswagen-android-8...

Multi function Wheel or Not
Just about to buy a Polo 6R. I've seen one without a MFW that I love but wondering if I should keep looking for one with MFW in case it's stupid expensive to replace the existing wheel with an MFW version?
