At a random garage, for a full service it will be somewhere around the £100 mark inc. parts, might be a bit more but I recall it being about 3 figures for a service. You can do most of it yourself if you feel happy to do so. A service from a main dealer on the otherhand, god knows, dread to think. ...

When I removed mine I used a hair dryer and a short length of fishing wire. I heated the side strips and used the fishing wire in a sawing motion between the strip and the door.
