Alright dude. Lowering's a must for Polos in my opinion...the standard suspension makes it feel like you're driving a jelly. Here's mine before lowering on 15s... http://memimage.cardomain.net/member_images/9/web/2145000-2145999/2145454_5_full.jpg and after.... http://memimage.cardomain.net/member_i...

I didn't have to use a hair dryer on mine, it seemed to come off without damaging the painwork at all.

Just use fishing line to saw the glue off behind, bit like flossing...the remains of the glue I got off with WD40 or petrol with kitchen roll...and rubbed it alot !

Pipercross, green or k&n I'd go for personally.

I've got a ramair one unfortunately at the mo, its s**t TBH. Sounds good, but build quality is poor. You get what you pay for.

Hey they look pretty cool to me dude. How much & where from for that? I'm quite impressed how much a couple of red needles and some chrome surrounds change the look of some white dials.

There's a rough buying guide at the top of the MK4 forum somewheres, pretty much covers everything. Essential things in my mind is the belt change @ 50K, rust around the rear arches and under rubbers....check the history for regular oil changes....and then all the other things for buying a car. Make...

I seem to beat loads of randomites on ringroads thinking they're Schumacher. It's comical cause they always start to merge with my rear bumper when Im doing the speed limit, overtake when it comes to 2 lanes, then we get to an island where they realise they're driving a wardrobe and I'm not.... Neve...

It wouldn't be the right colour anyway even if they did have it...main dealer's the best bet although a bodyshop would be better to have an exact match...or you'll have bright white handles, nice :D
