What sort of performance gains would you expect form a decent induction kit stright through exhaust, cams, chipped and manifold?

Forbez gti ainin't sure wot time to leave at but the square or the leisure centre is probably the easiest. I think a few of my mates r coming down now aswell.

Yeah the centre one did you just use a hairdrier to heat it up thats wot i did with my other badges.
