You should only need to replace the key itself, The same as if someone lost all their keys ,just get new keys coded to the car.

The bushes need to be the same and as OEM with the flange towards the outer of the car as the bush is designed to work this way around ,ie how you have fitted the first bush

The early cars (6R) are known to have high oil consumption and poor DSG gearboxes , the facelift model (6C) is a better car, may be a lower spec but newer model would be the way to go and still keep within budget ?

i dont think you will get any helpful schematic of the instrument cluster internals as this part was only ever available as a whole unit , which of course would come blank and require coding to the car.
a second hand unit may be your best bet to strip for parts ?

FYI reverse cameras on the 6c polo are located by the number plate in between the number plate lamps not in the rear badge as per golf mk7

These are tyre sizes , you need to look into the wheel specs especially the quoted ET (OFFSET) numbers.
post up your current wheel specs and the new wheel specs we will have a look and see if its ok and of course what car your going to be fitting them on
