You don't need to bother taking the door card off, just remove the handle, it is held in by one bolt with a splined head located on the end of the door, undo that and slide the handle forward then it should pull out......a simple solution if u have remote central locking and it is the lock thats ...

The bumper was cut and resprayed because the original systems back box used to hang lower and catch.

Here's my custom built system with one off tail pipe originally off an escort cosworth. Used to have a Scorpion letter box style system, but it was too loud and looked to big, so it had to go!

sweet jesus.that looks great.i took the bolts off but it still felt solid as thoughr there was something else holding it elsewhere.are the visible ones and the ones under the spark plug covers the only ones then mate.cheers..

Those are the only bolts mate, you need to detach the plastic cover at ...

Why is taking it off causing you grief old boy, all you need to do is un bolt the ten bolts and lift it off......I've had mine off twice now, once to paint it and once to replace it with a polished one....looks like so.

I think at least 3 Mk4 VR6's exist in the UK, there was the venom mint green 1, the other green one which has recently been up forsale, and there was if I remember rightly a black one built by dubsport.

I think I know the noise you mean because my car does it, and so does my missuses brothers 16v, I think its common. I never noticed until he said, I think you have been scammed with the new clutch!

I was just thinking that, nope not sprayed any further although you could I guess, I think its just the photo because they don't always look that dark.....try german ebay too though.

Nope, these are smoked hella ones from germany, aquired on ebay, unfortunately they are left hand drive so they are wired up so that the fog light and reverse light work but on the wrong sides obviously. Have to take them off for MOT's. I'm told they are no longer made.
