Just ordered the GOLF GTI performance

After trying to get a test drive in the polo unsuccessfully, And being told 6 months lead time. I drove the golf and loved it. Very nice place to be. Very refined well compared to the Alfa anyway. :wink: quick but useable. Sounded great too imo.

I spoke to vw today and there not taking orders on the polo and they stopped production of new cars I presume until the mess was under some sort of control. There restarting very soon though, I don't no if this is feasible but I thought id give you guys the heads up

Looking for something fun to drive and built well

Should I buy one. Very interested. And im unsure.

Needs to make me smile when I floor it and be able to carry my family when needed

Any idea's on lead times?? Ive read the post, But is it colour and spec specific

Thanks for the replys- id like either car but the lead time is a very good point regarding polo gti.

As for space I think the polo will be adequate.
